Han Jun, male, Han nationality, a native of Gaoqing County, was born in December 1963. He graduated from Shandong Agricultural University with a Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Economics in 1983, a Master Degree from Northwestern Agricultural University (now Northwest A & F University) in 1986 and a Doctorate Degree from Northwest A & F University in 1989. He entered the work force in 1989. From 2010 to 2014, he was Deputy Director of State Council Development Research Center. In 2014 he became Deputy Director of the Office for CPC Central Leading Group for Finance and Economics.
Han Jun was elected Governor of Jilin Province on January 2021.
